The XR Bridge Program is an exciting initiative that connects XR Monk with engineering colleges to provide students with comprehensive training in Extended Reality (XR) technology. This collaboration brings together education and industry to offer hands-on learning opportunities, internship placements, and job assistance to prepare students for future careers in the rapidly growing field of AR/VR.
As part of this collaboration, colleges are encouraged to set up an XR Lab on their campus, equipped with the latest tools and devices needed for immersive learning.
XR Labs are immersive, hands-on environments where students and professionals explore Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR). Designed to enhance practical learning, these labs provide state-of-the-art equipment and software tools, enabling users to experiment with 3D modeling, Unity development, and simulation building.
XR Labs support project-based learning by allowing users to create interactive applications and simulations for industries like gaming, education, healthcare, and architecture. Collaborative sessions in XR Labs encourage teamwork and creative problem-solving, while mentorship opportunities guide users through complex concepts.
